This 100% Aluminum Frame Sundowner trailer is structural sound and pulls beautifully. It otherwise needs some work and is a great project trailer for someone with the know-how to fix it up. Toy-hauler portion is 10ft long and comes with two movable bike chocks, perfect for securing motorcycles, snow-bikes, or dirt bikes. It would also accommodate ATVs and may fit some smaller side-by-sides. It would also make a great mobile work trailer for a tradesperson.

The living quarters includes a full bathroom, sink, fridge and microwave and has excellent storage with two full cabinets. A large queen bed platform is carpeted.

Known Damage:
Cracked black water tank
Roof vents are leaking
Damaged fender step board
Rear door needs to be re-secured.
Onan Generator cover is missing (easily replaced)
One cupboard door is broken (broken piece is in the trailer)
Some minor water damage on the ceiling
Plumbing conditions unknown
